Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, presenting the product at the store in the exact same condition as it was delivered.

For purchases made from outside the local area, returns can be arranged by contacting us at +598 9240 9050 or by email at info@rosarosastudio.com. The cost of shipping and return will be paid by the customer.

Exchanges will only be made for products from the same season, and if preferred by the customer, a store credit can be issued to extend the exchange period by 60 days.

Products on sale are not eligible for return, only size exchanges.

We offer international shipping via FEDEX, rate will depend on the country of destination, pls check the rate at the checkout.

* For international purchases please note that each country has its own customs clearance policies. It is responsability of each costumer to know and pay the taxes that each country requires.

We offer shipping within Montevideo and throughout the country for a cost of $200.

Shipments within Montevideo are made on the same day or within a maximum of two business days.

Shipments to other locations within the country are handled through the DAC agency and take two to four business days.
